Operator terms

Version 2026-11-draft · Site terms last reviewed 14 September 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel

This text describes how the marketplace works today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before it is final. If you accept it now, you will be asked to accept the reviewed version when it is published.

Who these terms are for

These terms apply to a company that creates an operator profile and lists storage space on this site. They sit on top of the site terms, which still apply. "You" is the company named on the profile; the person who created it confirms they may act for that company.

Your profile and listings are yours

Everything on a profile or a listing — company details, rates, availability, features, certifications, photos and document references — is entered by you and published as your statement. We do not check it unless we say so on the page. A listing that claims a facility from the directory is your claim that you operate it; we may ask you to show that you do, and we may remove a claim we cannot reconcile.

Keep it accurate. A rate you publish is the rate a shipper books at; availability you publish is space you can hand over on the start date. Withdraw or pause a listing when that stops being true.

Verification

A new profile is unverified. Verification is a manual review by an administrator of the registration, VAT and insurance references you give us; it is not a register lookup or a sanctions screening, and no outside provider is involved. Only that review sets the verified badge; nothing on the profile does so by itself. Changing your company name, registration number or VAT number after verification sends the profile back for review. We may refuse or withdraw verification and will tell you why.

Bookings

A booking request is a shipper asking to take space on the terms of your listing. You accept, decline or counter it within the time shown on the request. Once a booking is confirmed, the storage contract is between you and the shipper. We are not a party to it, we do not hold goods, and we do not insure them.

Prices are calculated by the site from your listing and the platform fee rules in force when the booking is made. The breakdown is shown to both sides before anything is confirmed.

Platform fee

The platform fee is a percentage of the booking value, deducted from what is paid out to you. The rate in force is shown on the pricing page and on every booking breakdown. If no fee rule is configured, no fee is charged and the page says so.

Contact details and messages

Your contact email and phone are held for our own use and for confirmed bookings. They are not shown on public listing pages. Messages with shippers go through the site; keep them about the booking.

Suspension

We may unpublish a listing or suspend a profile that misstates a facility, publishes rates it will not honour, or uses the site to collect shippers' details for other purposes. We will say why, and you may reply.

Changes

This draft will be replaced by a reviewed version. When it is, operators are asked to accept the new version before publishing further listings. The version you accepted is recorded on your profile.
