List your warehouse space
Offer pallet positions or floor area to shippers on your own rate and terms. Listing is free; the platform takes a fee only when a booking is made, and the fee comes out of your payout rather than being added to the shipper's price.
Why list here
Your rate, your terms
You set the rate per pallet position or m², the minimum quantity and term, handling charges and any add-on services. The site never publishes a price you did not enter and never estimates one from other listings.
Requests come to you
A shipper books against your listing or sends a request with the quantity, start date and term attached. You accept, decline or counter with your own figures; nothing is confirmed without you.
Availability you control
A month-by-month calendar per listing: what is on offer, what is blocked, what is held. A booking holds units only while it is open, and the hold is released when it expires or is declined.
Shippers book free
A shipper pays your price and nothing on top. The platform fee is a percentage of each booking taken from your payout, and it is shown on every breakdown before anything is confirmed.
No platform fee rule configured on this deployment: bookings made now carry no platform fee. Country-specific fee rules may apply; the exact fee is on every booking breakdown and on the pricing page.
How it works for operators
- 1
Create your operator profile
Company name, registration and VAT references, a contact address. One profile per account; it is the identity your listings and payout statement hang off.
- 2
Describe the space
One listing per site and unit basis — pallet positions or m² of floor. Rate, terms, features, self-declared certifications, photos, and the months and quantities on offer. A listing can claim a facility from the mapped directory or carry its own address.
- 3
Publish
A listing from a verified profile goes live when you publish it. Until your profile is verified, a published listing waits for an administrator to approve it, and the page says "pending" rather than pretending it is live.
- 4
Answer bookings
Instant-book listings confirm as soon as the shipper books; others arrive as requests you answer within the time shown. Messages with the shipper stay on the site, attached to the booking.
- 5
See what you are owed
Your payout statement lists each paid or offline-recorded booking: the shipper total, the platform fee and what is owed to you. It is a statement of record; it does not move money by itself.
What verification means
A new profile starts unverified. Verification is a manual review by an administrator of the registration, VAT and insurance references you enter on your profile. It is not a register lookup, not a sanctions screening, and no outside provider is involved. Only that review sets the verified badge; nothing you enter sets it by itself.
What it changes: listings from a verified profile publish without waiting in the approval queue, and shippers see the badge on your listings. Editing your company name, registration number or VAT number after verification sends the profile back for review. An administrator may refuse or withdraw verification and will tell you why.
What it does not change: your rates, availability, certifications and photos are always your own statements, published as such, verified or not.
Estimate your earnings
Arithmetic on your own figures: units, your rate, the occupancy you expect and the period. Nothing is pre-filled, and no rate or occupancy on this page comes from other listings or from us. The result applies the default platform fee rule in force.
Ready to list?
Create your operator profile and your first listing in one sitting. If your site is already in the mapped directory, you can claim it on the listing; if the directory has it wrong, claim or correct the mapped facility.
